Devin Cragin

Devin Cragin has over five years of experience with Azimuth, focusing primarily on investment research, quantitative analysis, and portfolio management. He is a member of our Investment Committee. His responsibilities include researching existing and new equity positions; developing quantitative investment screens to identify positions to add or remove; following and analyzing corporate earnings and other developments; performing investment and economic analysis; updating and monitoring quarterly market insights; programing and automating various investment models; and creating portfolio performance and attribution reporting. Devin also works with a number of our clients on both portfolio-related and other client service-related matters.

He initially began his finance career as an intern with Azimuth and joined the team on a full-time basis upon completion of his degree. Prior to the investment industry, Devin worked as a cinematographer filming various Hollywood blockbuster movies, including Batman v Superman, multiple movies in the Transformers series, and the TV series Detroiters.

Devin graduated summa cum laude from the Mike Ilitch School of Business at Wayne State University with a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance. He also was inducted into the Beta Gamma Sigma scholastic honor society at the business school, a distinction requiring ranking in the top 10 percent of the class.
