Jean Keller
Senior Manager – Operations
Jean Keller has more than twenty years of experience with client service and administrative activities. She manages a number of the firm’s administrative and operations functions, including our daily reconciliation of client account positions with custodial records, our client relationship management system, including our client portal to securely exchange documents and statements, and numerous compliance program activities. She additionally handles a range of client service issues and aspects of our client reporting process.
Jean was previously with an independent investment advisor, where she was responsible for a variety of functions including portfolio analysis, compliance oversight, client service as well as other operational activities.
She also previously served as Vice President of Operations of a customer relationship management software company where she was responsible for technical development, call center operations, and sales force management.
Jean graduated from the Georgia Institute of Technology with a Bachelor of Engineering.
